MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Kara DeLacy is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a long-time resident of Boise, with over 15 years of nursing and patient care experience.  Kara brings a passion for comprehensive health care and wellness, and strives to help achieve the mission of River Family Health.

Bobbi Fuller is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about integrative care and has advanced training in root cause medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and lifestyle medicine. Bobbi has worked in a variety of medical settings including orthopedics, cardiology, family practice, and chronic illness management.

Jordan Driscoll is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With her background in critical care, she embraces a holistic approach to medicine that focuses on early disease prevention and effective disease management. A Boise native, she is excited to join the team at River and feels passionate about supporting health and wellness in the Treasure Valley. In her free time, Jordan loves taking art classes at Fort Boise, exploring the great Idaho wilderness, and above all, spending time with her husband and two young children.  

Laura has built a diverse and rewarding nursing career across multiple specialty areas, including the ER, NICU, and Pediatrics. Her broad clinical background allows her to provide compassionate, well-rounded care to patients at every stage of life—from newborns to older adults. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Laura believes in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen, educate, and partner with individuals and families to support their long-term health and wellness goals. She has a special interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping families navigate their healthcare journey with confidence. She is excited to be part of River Family Health and looks forward to building lasting relationships within the community.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys reading, taking road trips, and planning future international travel adventures. She values spending quality time with her family and making lasting memories. She and her husband of 34 years have four sons and are proud grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren.
