Please note: Our clinic does not currently provide routine childhood immunizations on-site.

However, we are committed to helping families access the care their children need. If your child is due for routine vaccinations, our care team can help you develop an Access and Care Plan to ensure your child receives all recommended immunizations.

We are happy to:

  • Review your child's vaccination needs
  • Refer you to appropriate providers
  • Help coordinate appointments or provide necessary documentation

Where to Get Vaccinations:

  • Children age 6 and older: Most local pharmacies offer routine vaccinations for children in this age group.
  • All children (regardless of age): Central District Health
